GENOPEPT dispatches research compounds from the UK using tracked delivery. In-stock and backordered items have different preparation times. International shipping is wholesale only.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and signature on arrival. The next-working-day estimate is transit time after dispatch; it does not include processing or the wait for backordered goods. Carrier and destination restrictions can affect delivery.

Each UK retail dispatch is £10 below £200, or free from £200, based on the value of its goods after all discounts. The basket and checkout show the charges before payment.
In-stock items and backorders
Available items can be ordered from one vial up to the quantity currently in stock. Backorders are added separately and require at least 10 vials of each selected product and size. Backorder timing is approximately 20 days from verified payment and is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.
For a retail basket containing both available items and backorders, choose at basket or checkout:
- Wait and ship everything together: all goods wait until ready and travel in one dispatch. The £200 threshold uses the combined goods value after discounts.
- Ship available items first: available goods travel first; all backordered products wait and travel together in one later dispatch when all are ready. Each portion qualifies for free delivery independently using its goods value after discounts, otherwise £10 applies to that portion.
Delivery for each portion is itemised separately and paid together when you place the order. There is no second postage payment when the backorders are dispatched. Wholesale and bulk delivery rules are retained; the retail split-delivery choice does not apply to wholesale orders.

⏱ Order Processing
For available stock, orders received before our daily cut-off are typically processed the same day and dispatched the following working day after verified payment. Backorders must first become available; the stock dispatch times below begin when the relevant goods are ready.

International shipping is available for wholesale orders only. The minimum order quantity is five boxes (50 vials) per product. Retail (single-vial) orders are dispatched within the UK only.
