Payment Information
GenoPept accepts a range of secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through industry-standard secure gateways.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely and no payment credentials are stored on our servers.
Place your order, then pay the exact total on our secure SumUp payment page using any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Tap “I’ve sent my payment” and we confirm your order by email once the payment has been verified.
Pay at checkout with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Solana and many other coins. The amount is converted at the live GBP rate, and your order moves to processing once the payment is confirmed on-chain.
Purchase order, invoice and BACS bank transfer payment for verified UK universities, NHS bodies and registered research institutions. Contact us before ordering.
Secure payments guaranteed. Every page is served over SSL/TLS. Card payments are processed by SumUp and crypto payments settle on-chain through NOWPayments — GenoPept never sees or stores your card details or wallet keys.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is made when you place your order: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure payment link shown after checkout, and cryptocurrency at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched only after the payment has been confirmed. For invoice orders, dispatch follows cleared funds.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). Prices shown are the final prices payable. Crypto payments are converted at the live GBP rate shown at checkout; any network (gas) fees are paid by the sender.
